Nick Ferenchak

I am an Assistant Professor in the Gerald May Department of Civil, Construction & Environmental Engineering at the University of New Mexico.  My research focuses on active transport and multimodal aspects of emerging transportation technologies by examining their impacts on health and safety.  I teach transportation engineering courses on both the undergraduate and graduate level.

I am Center Director for the Center for Pedestrian and Bicyclist Safety, a USDOT University Transportation Center.

I am the founder of  not-a-loud, a company that provides automated vehicle noise enforcement solutions.
